Thank you for shopping with Chica Chica Jewelry™. We work hard to prepare and ship your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your package has shipped.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States & Puerto Rico)
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Economy (5–8 business days)
- $5.95 for orders under 5 lb
- FREE for orders $50+
- Tracking included
Standard (3–4 business days)
- $6.90 (0–1 lb)
- Tracking included
- Faster delivery option
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
🌎 International Shipping (Select Countries)
We ship to select markets in Latin America, Europe, and Canada.
Standard International (6–12 business days)
- $19.95 flat rate
- Tracking included where available
- Customs fees or duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs processing, mail system, strikes, weather, or high volume periods.
📮 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📬 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reship fee.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Chica Chica Jewelry™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local carrier or file a claim with USPS.
