Chica Chica Jewelry™ — Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Approved claims will receive either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A store credit

Non-returnable items include:
