I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and moved to Miami on January 1st, 1992 — a new year and the beginning of a new chapter. I graduated from the University of the Sacred Heart with a degree in Communications and a major in Advertising, never imagining how deeply those early passions would shape my future.

For most of my life, I worked in Media and Marketing — as a buyer, planner, supervisor, and later a director — managing major brands, large budgets, and some of the most exciting markets in the United States. Along the way, life surprised me with unexpected blessings: a musical contract, moments as a singer, a composer, even writing songs for other artists and for a movie. God has allowed me to dream and then live the dreams He placed in my heart.

But long before all of that, there was jewelry.

Where It All Began

Since childhood, I’ve always loved beauty, fashion, color, and everything that sparkles. I was the little girl who put on all of my mom’s jewelry at once — my dad used to say I looked like a Christmas tree!

Those memories shaped me. One of my nieces, Gretchen — who is like a daughter to me — always reminds me of how we used to dress up together. Today, she’s part of the Chica Chica Jewelry story, creating beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.
